• You have the option to select your desired product from our store with tailored measurements or modifications. Additionally, you may request a completely new model to be created according to your specifications. Subsequently, we will provide you with a detailed price quotation.
• Upon your confirmation, we will furnish you with 3D renderings of your chosen product. Any adjustments or modifications can be made according to your preferences at this stage.
• Following your selection, you will be able to choose the marble slab from our specialized marble atelier, which will be utilized exclusively for your product.
• Upon your final approval, we will commence production of your customized item. Once the final version is completed and approved by you, it will be promptly prepared for shipment.

Once your order complete, it is shipped to our warehouse in Secaucus, NJ. From there, we handle nationwide delivery to customers across the United States.

Production Times

• Made to order: Each item is produced specifically for you.
• Typical timeline: 8-12 weeks for production. No additional taxes apply; the price shown at checkout is final and no customs clearance is required.
• Need it sooner? If you require a rush order, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll check production availability and confirm whether an expedited timeline can be accommodated.

Delivery Methods

1) Standard Freight (Door / Threshold)

• Delivery to the first accessible entrance of the building. No indoor service, unpacking, or assembly included.
  
• Signature is required.
• Scheduling window is provided by the carrier; you’ll receive a call/text to confirm.

2) White Glove Delivery — Paid upgrade

• In-home placement, uncrating, assembly, and debris removal. Ground-level or service-elevator access only. Custom quote otherwise.
• Delivery time is 1 week. (Delivery time excludes production)
• Does not include structural modifications, wall mounting, surface polishing, or moving existing furniture.
• Any stairs, difficult access (tight corners, narrow doors), and hoisting may incur additional fees—see Access & Extra Fees.

Access Rules & Extra Fees

• Confirm clear, safe access from the truck to the final location, including door widths, hall turns, elevator dimensions, and stair details.
  
• Missed appointments may incur re-delivery fees.

Inspection & Delivery Day Checklist

• Inspect packaging upon arrival. If you see damage or tampering, note it on the delivery receipt/POD before signing (e.g., “crate damaged on right side—photos taken”).
• Photograph any visible damage to both the packaging and the product.
• Report damage within 48 hours to info@hamamdecor.com with your order number, delivery photos, and a brief description.
• Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.

At HamamDecor, each piece is individually crafted after an order is placed. We want every purchase to be made with confidence, and our policies are designed to provide clear protections for our customers while reflecting the specialized nature of our furniture.

Return eligibility varies between Retail, Trade, and Custom or Bespoke orders, as outlined below.

1. CANCELLATIONS

24-Hour Cancellation Window

All customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Because production planning, material allocation, and fabrication may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted after the 24-hour cancellation period.

Requests to modify dimensions, materials, finishes, or other specifications after this period are subject to production status and must be approved by HamamDecor.

2. RETAIL CUSTOMERS

Applicable to individual customers purchasing for personal residential use.

14-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident in your HamamDecor purchase. Retail customers may request a return for any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a discretionary return:

* The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
* The item must remain unused, uninstalled, and unaltered.
* The item may be opened and inspected upon delivery.
* The item must be returned using its original packaging and/or custom wooden crating, together with the protective materials required for safe transportation.
* The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or cannot be safely returned in their original packaging are not eligible for a discretionary return.

Return Shipping Costs

For discretionary returns, including change of mind, aesthetic preference, size preference, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or HamamDecor error, the customer is responsible for the transportation costs associated with the return.

The actual outbound shipping cost originally incurred by HamamDecor and the return transportation cost will be deducted from the final refund.

HamamDecor does not charge a restocking fee on eligible Retail returns.

Because our furniture requires specialized handling, HamamDecor may coordinate or approve the return carrier to ensure the piece is transported safely.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed, less the shipping costs described above.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items — Retail

The discretionary return conditions and shipping deductions above do not apply when an item arrives damaged, contains a verified manufacturing defect, or does not conform to the specifications confirmed by HamamDecor.

HamamDecor stands behind every piece we deliver. If an item arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, HamamDecor will provide a replacement at no cost to the customer, including all applicable replacement and delivery costs.

If HamamDecor produced the item incorrectly relative to the dimensions, material, finish, or other specifications confirmed by HamamDecor, the item will likewise be corrected or replaced at no cost to the customer.

For minor and professionally repairable natural-stone imperfections or transit damage, HamamDecor may offer professional natural-stone restoration as an alternative to replacement. Restoration will only be performed with the customer’s agreement and at no cost to the customer. The customer’s right to a no-cost replacement for a verified damaged or defective item will not be replaced by a repair without the customer’s consent.

Customers should inspect their furniture as soon as reasonably possible following delivery. If visible damage is identified during delivery, we strongly recommend noting it on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

Please report any damage, defect, or incorrect item to HamamDecor within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs and, where appropriate, video documenting the condition.

The absence of a damage notation on the carrier’s delivery receipt does not, by itself, prevent HamamDecor from reviewing a properly documented claim.

3. TRADE & COMMERCIAL CLIENTS

Applicable to Interior Designers, Architects, Design Studios, HamamDecor Trade Program members, hospitality clients, commercial entities, and other professional purchasers.

Final Sale

Orders placed through the HamamDecor Trade Program or by Trade and commercial clients are considered Final Sale after the 24-hour cancellation period.

Trade and commercial purchases are not eligible for discretionary or change-of-mind returns, including returns resulting from:

* A project change or cancellation
* The end client’s change of preference
* A change in required dimensions
* An incorrect size, material, finish, or specification selected or approved by the purchaser
* Aesthetic preference after delivery
* The item no longer being required for the project

Trade clients purchase with access to detailed product specifications, material information, drawings and approvals where applicable, as well as professional Trade pricing. Accordingly, the 14-Day Retail Return Policy does not apply to Trade or commercial purchases.

Final Sale does not limit HamamDecor’s responsibility for an item that arrives damaged, contains a verified manufacturing defect, or does not conform to the specifications confirmed by HamamDecor.

If an item arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, HamamDecor will provide a replacement at no cost to the Trade client, including all applicable replacement and delivery costs.

If HamamDecor produced the item incorrectly relative to the dimensions, material, finish, or other specifications confirmed by HamamDecor, the item will likewise be corrected or replaced at no cost to the client.

For minor and professionally repairable natural-stone imperfections or transit damage, HamamDecor may offer professional natural-stone restoration as an alternative. Restoration will only be performed with the client’s agreement and at no additional cost. A repair will not be imposed in place of a replacement for a verified damaged or defective item without the client’s consent.

Trade clients should inspect the product promptly upon delivery and note any visible transportation damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt whenever possible.

Please report any damage, defect, or incorrect item to HamamDecor within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs and, where appropriate, video documentation.

The absence of a damage notation on the carrier’s delivery receipt does not, by itself, prevent HamamDecor from reviewing a properly documented claim.

4. CUSTOM & BESPOKE ORDERS

Final Sale

All Custom and Bespoke orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges after the 24-hour cancellation period.

An order is considered Custom or Bespoke when dimensions, materials, finishes, construction details, design elements, or other specifications are modified or created specifically at the customer’s request.

This is separate from HamamDecor’s standard Made-to-Order production model. A standard HamamDecor design produced after an order is placed is not considered Custom or Bespoke solely because it is made to order.

Damage & Defect Protection

Final Sale status does not limit HamamDecor’s responsibility for transit damage, verified manufacturing defects, or an item that does not conform to the Custom or Bespoke specifications confirmed by HamamDecor.

If a Custom or Bespoke item arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, HamamDecor will provide a replacement at no cost to the customer, including all applicable replacement and delivery costs.

For minor and professionally repairable natural-stone imperfections or transit damage, professional restoration may be offered as an alternative with the customer’s agreement and at no cost to the customer.

5. RETURN CONDITION & RETURN TRANSIT

For eligible discretionary Retail returns, customers are responsible for ensuring that the product remains properly protected until it is collected by the approved return carrier.

We therefore recommend retaining the original custom packaging, wooden crating, and protective materials until the product has been fully inspected and accepted.

HamamDecor reserves the right to reduce or deny a discretionary refund if an item is returned used, installed, altered, incomplete, or damaged as a result of inadequate repacking or post-delivery handling.

This provision does not apply to damage, defects, or specification errors that existed at the time of delivery and were properly reported to HamamDecor.

6. NATURAL MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Marble, travertine, onyx, and other natural stones are inherently unique materials.

Natural variations in color, veining, mineral deposits, texture, tonal movement, pores, fissures, and pitting are characteristic of natural stone and are not, by themselves, considered manufacturing defects.

No two pieces of natural stone will be identical. Variations between samples, photographs, slabs, blocks, and the finished product should therefore be expected.

Where HamamDecor provides a specific stone, slab, or block for customer approval prior to fabrication, the approved material will serve as the reference for the natural characteristics of the finished piece.

Natural variation does not exclude claims involving actual transit damage, structural damage, manufacturing defects, or failure to produce an item in accordance with specifications confirmed by HamamDecor.
