- Following your selection, you will be able to choose the marble slab from our specialized marble atelier, which will be utilized exclusively for your product.
- Upon your final approval, we will commence production of your customized item. Once the final version is completed and approved by you, it will be promptly prepared for shipment.
Our production timeframe ranges from 4 to 15 days. The estimated shipping duration is between 1 to 25 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method during checkout.
To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, we kindly ask for your phone number, which will be shared with the courier.
Upon selecting the shipping method, you will receive email notifications regarding your package. Please note that express shipping options are not available for large items such as dining tables. Instead, we exclusively offer complimentary White Glove Delivery service.
Please be advised that returns are not accepted. However, we do facilitate exchanges under the following conditions:
