Finish Options
Choose between two premium marble finishes:
• Honed Volakas Marble Finish – Matte, smooth, and contemporary

All marble surfaces are professionally sealed for durability, stain resistance, and easy maintenance.
You may place your order by paying 50% of the total amount as a deposit. Once the deposit is received, your product will be scheduled for production.
When your piece is ready, we will share detailed photos with you prior to shipping. At that stage, the remaining 50% balance is required to be settled before dispatch. A separate payment link will be sent for the remaining balance, and your credit card details will not be stored.
As all of our products are made-to-order, cancellations are not accepted. In case of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is expected to be paid within 28 days from the order date.
This service offers you the flexibility of securing your order with a deposit, ensuring peace of mind before full payment, and allows you to split the payment into two installments without any additional fees.
- You have the option to select your desired product from our store with tailored measurements or modifications. Additionally, you may request a completely new model to be created according to your specifications. Subsequently, we will provide you with a detailed price quotation.
- Upon your confirmation, we will furnish you with 3D renderings of your chosen product. Any adjustments or modifications can be made according to your preferences at this stage.
- Following your selection, you will be able to choose the marble slab from our specialized marble atelier, which will be utilized exclusively for your product.
- Upon your final approval, we will commence production of your customized item. Once the final version is completed and approved by you, it will be promptly prepared for shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
We craft every piece to order in our atelier and ship nationwide from our Secaucus, NJ warehouse. This page explains how delivery works, available service levels, lead times, and what to do on delivery day.
Production & Lead Times
- Made to order: Each item is produced specifically for you.
- Typical timeline for USA: 6-8 weeks for production and transit time. (If a different lead time is quoted on your invoice or product page, that timing prevails.)
- Typical timeline for EU: 4-6 weeks for production and transit time.

Natural stone note: Marble and travertine have inherent variations in color, veining, and texture. These are features—not defects—and will be present to varying degrees in all pieces.
Delivery Methods
1) Standard Freight (Door / Threshold) — Free in the contiguous U.S.
- Delivery to the first covered threshold or garage (ground level).
- Palletized curbside when necessary; driver does not uncrate, carry upstairs, or assemble.
- Signature is required.
- Scheduling window is provided by the carrier; you’ll receive a call/text to confirm.
2) White Glove Delivery — Paid upgrade (USA)
- Room-of-choice delivery (access permitting), light assembly (e.g., placing tops on bases, basic leveling), and debris removal of our packing materials.
- Lead time is 6-8 weeks.
- Does not include structural modifications, wall mounting, surface polishing, or moving existing furniture.
- Stairs beyond one flight, long carries over 50 ft, difficult access (tight corners, narrow doors), and hoisting may incur additional fees—see Access & Extra Fees.

Access Rules & Extra Fees
- Confirm clear, safe access from the truck to the final location, including door widths, hall turns, elevator dimensions, and stair details.
- Missed appointments may incur re-delivery fees.
Inspection & Delivery Day Checklist
- Inspect packaging upon arrival. If you see damage or tampering, note it on the delivery receipt/POD before signing (e.g., “crate damaged on right side—photos taken”).
- Photograph any visible damage to both the packaging and the product.
- Report damage within 48 hours to info@hamamdecor.com with your order number, delivery photos, and a brief description.
- Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.

Europe Orders (EU)
- Door / Threshold delivery is available to most EU countries. Service is to the first covered threshold; no uncrating, stairs, or assembly.
- Cost (EU & UK): Free door/threshold delivery (USD 0.00).
- White Glove and Rush Order services are not available for EU shipments at this time.
- If you need in‑home placement or assembly, we can recommend third‑party white glove providers in your area upon request. Any such services are contracted directly between you and the provider.
- Lead time is 4-6 weeks. Remote or island locations may require a custom quote.
- Contiguous U.S.: Standard Freight is free; White Glove and Rush are available.
- AK/HI, remote or island locations: Available by custom quote. Transit times and fees vary.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because your piece is made to order, returns are not accepted. We do, however, offer an exchange in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item or wrong specifications (size, edge detail, finish) versus your order confirmation.
- There is significant deviation from the approved features/specifications.
- The product is damaged in transit.
Natural stone variations (color, veining, fossils, pores, small pits/filled areas) are inherent and expected; they are not considered defects.
For custom-made products, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, unless there is a structural defect or production error. Deposits are not refundable in cases of preference change or dissatisfaction with the product.
How to Request an Exchange
- Damage in transit: email info@hamamdecor.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, the issue, and the signed delivery note showing your damage remark.
- Wrong item/specs: email within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and a brief explanation.
- Include your order number and any relevant approval photos/drawings.
What We Will Do
- We will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will repair, replace, or remake the affected component or the entire item, as appropriate.
- When the exchange is due to our error or carrier damage, we cover reasonable return/re-delivery logistics. We may arrange an inspection or pickup.
Packaging & Condition
- Keep all original packaging until we advise next steps. Items must be in comparable condition for safe transport.
- Unapproved returns or returns without original packaging may be refused.
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Changes of mind (size, shape, color) after production start.
- Natural stone variation in veining/tonality or slight dimensional tolerances typical of handcrafted stonework.
- Issues arising from access constraints at the site (insufficient door widths, stair turns, etc.) when specs were not disclosed.
- Damage occurring after delivery/installation or due to improper handling, maintenance, or third-party work.
