Return & Exchange Policy

Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer the right of exchange. These are the conditions that we accept exchange:

• In the event of receiving the product in incorrect pattern or significantly different from its features.
• If the wrong product is delivered.
• In case of product damage.

Please note that slight variations in texture and color may occur on the products.
