- You have the option to select your desired product from our store with tailored measurements or modifications. Additionally, you may request a completely new model to be created according to your specifications. Subsequently, we will provide you with a detailed price quotation.
- Upon your confirmation, we will furnish you with 3D renderings of your chosen product. Any adjustments or modifications can be made according to your preferences at this stage.
- Following your selection, you will be able to choose the marble slab from our specialized marble atelier, which will be utilized exclusively for your product.
- Upon your final approval, we will commence production of your customized item. Once the final version is completed and approved by you, it will be promptly prepared for shipment.
Lead Time is 6-8 weeks.
We kindly request your phone number to share with courier. It is important for you to get your order safely and in time. Please leave your phone number as a message or note.
If there are any elevators or stairs at the delivery location, please inform us before purchase. There may be additional charges.
We send all of our shipments with insurance. In case of any damage or lost, we will send the new product immediately. Please be aware in case of any damage, inform us within 3 days.
Our complimentary door to door delivery service includes door or driveway delivery. If you require installation or white glove service, you will need to purchase this service at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays due to charter company schedules.
Please be advised that returns are not accepted. However, we do facilitate exchanges under the following conditions:
- In the event of receiving the product in an incorrect pattern or significantly different from its features.
- If the wrong product is delivered.
- In case of product damage.
